• The Managing Director Verdant Zeal Communications, Nigeria
• A former Executive Director at Prima Garnet Ogilvy.
• Studied English from Ogun State University.
• Has had a cumulative over 17 years professional experience as a writer, marketeer and communication specialist.
• Started career with The Guardian as a judicial correspondent and subeditor.
• Joined marketing communication first as a concept copywriter, working at a time with Promoserve Advertising, the Grey affiliate in Nigeria.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London (CIM): Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, (APCON) and Nigeria Institute of Marketing, (NIMN).
• He has pioneered and co-ordinated several multi-million naira projects on behalf of several blue chip organizations and continues to make his relevance felt through capacity building and human capital development.
• A regular facilitator at several marketing fora including Financial Institutions, Training Centre, (FITC), UAC Training School etc.
• Currently an executive board member of Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN), and the Vice President of Nigeria Experiential Marketing Association, (NEXMA).

KOLA OLUGBODI, Managing Director/ CEO

• A Professional Researcher who trained as a Demographic Statistician

• Part of professional exposure was in financial services-Banking
• Graduate of O.A.U, B.Sc. 1988, Demography & Social Statistics
• Was a consultant statistician on census for Nigerian Population Commission N.P.C
• Was MD/CEO of Josh Cyrus a Recruitment and Out-Sourcing company
• A public speaker that has facilitated and attended many seminars, workshops and courses in business related/motivational topics.

TADE OGIDAN - DIRECTOR

• One of Nigeria’s leading lights in theatre and drama,
• He is best known as an award winning director, producer, writer and composer of great repute.
• A graduate of theatre management from the USA, Tade has a strong TV and film heritage starting from his days at the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA in the early 80’s.
• His first major recognition was in 1986 for Reign of Abiku which won five awards at the Nigerian Film and Television Festival (NIFETEP).

• He has since then won major local and international laurels and his works include Village Headmaster, Hostages, Out of Bounds, Dangerous Twins and Diamond Ring among others.
• In 1996, he had the honour of shooting Nigeria’s first (and Africa’s second) commercial to run on Cable News Network, CNN (From Atlanta).
• He is currently CEO of OGD Films Ltd in Lagos.

ADE ADENIJI - DIRECTOR/COMPANY SECRETARY

• A barrister at law of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and was called to bar over 16 years ago.
• He got his law degree from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago Iwoye.
• He is the Managing Partner at the law firm of Adeniji Oyebola & Co.
• His experience covers corporate and property law.
• He has had the benefit of working with several blue chip companies in Nigeria as well as in the UK.
• He is also a Chartered Arbitrator and a Notary Public
• A great inspirational and motivational speaker.
•  He is also engaged, normally in a lot of philanthropic and social work that has gained him some recognition and awards.
